Cancelation Policy
As long as your order has not been marked as shipped, you can contact me at anytime and cancel your order for a full refund. If you order has been marked as "shipped" I will not be able to cancel your order or guarantee you a refund if you choose to return the items.
Refunds and returns for physical items will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Please keep in mind these are natural Crystals and stones so some may have some imperfections. I will always do my best to be upfront about this in the item description and include a discount in the price of the item so there are no surprises. If an item has a small chip but it was listed in the description that it would have that, no refund will be issued for that item.
For other slight imperfections that I was not aware of, and were not listed under the item description I can either offer a partial refund (what I would normally take off for small damage) or provide you with a personal discount code to use on your next purchase.
Crystal Faeries Nook isn't responsible for broken items, stolen item, or lost items after they have been sent out for shipping.
You have 10 days upon receiving your shipment to decide if you are 100% happy with your order. It is up to you to notify me within those 10 days to be eligible for a refund of any kind. It will be up to you to safely package and return the items to me. It is up to Crystal Faeries Nook upon receiving your order return and inspecting it for damage to decide the nature of your refund, either full refund, partial refund, store credit or exchange. No exceptions.
We do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
Payment Plans
We are happy to announce we do offer Payment plan options.
Shop Pay: You can choose to do Shop Pay installments at checkout for orders $50-$17,000. There is no credit check, interest or fees. Ive never seen anyone not get approved. You can choose bi-weekly or monthly payment options. Your order will be shipped out right away you will not have to wait til the final payment is made.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Prices are calculated by weight.
Order over $150 receive free shipping.
If you would you would like an Open Box to save on shipping, select open box at checkout. If you select the Open Box option your items WILL NOT be shipped until you let me know you are ready to ship. You can do this by either writing it in the order notes that you are ready to ship, or reaching out via the contact form or email. [ Crystalfaeriesnook@gmail.com ] You have up to 6 months to close your box and have it shipped.
If you want to ship your box before reaching $150 you will be responsible for paying shipping in a separate invoice.
Once payment is complete there is a 3-7 business day processing time.
I ship through USPS mostly, occasionally UPS. Both UPS and USPS provide up to $100 of insurance for Shopify users. If you would like to add more insurance be sure to message me before you item ships. Tracking info and updates will be sent to either your email or phone number, whatever option you select at checkout.
For Copper electroformed jewelry purchases we offer free re-finishing service. If you've noticed your piece has tarnished and needs a good cleaning, re-polish and reseal we can provide that at no cost to you. You simply will only be responsible for the cost of shipping to my location and back. These services are available at anytime after purchase simply send me a message or email and we can make arrangements.
For Spiritual Services
As with every spiritual and metaphysical service,I am legally required to state that the Readings are for entertainment purposes only. I am not responsible for any consequences (good or bad) based upon choices you make after the reading. Your choices are your responsibility. Readings are not meant to be a substitute for professional legal, mental health, or physical health advice. Please go see a medical professional whenever necessary.
Magickal services results are not implied or guaranteed and are for experimental and entertainment purposes only. I am not responsible for any wanted or unwanted changes that occur in your life following your magical service.
Refunds for spiritual services
For Readings,
I always want my customers and clients to feel satisfied with their services. So I do have refund policy in place for spiritual services. If you purchase a reading from me (donation readings included) and you are unhappy with it, either the reading didn't resonate or connect with you, then you qualify for a redo or a refund if you notify me within 7 days of receiving your reading. If you opt for a refund, 100% refund will be granted to you but once the refund has been given, you will no longer be able to receive any spiritual services from me in the future no matter the type of service. This policy is in place in order to protect myself from those who purchase and refund repeatedly to gain consistent free services. If you'd like to avoid this, as an alternate, you can opt for a redo. Sometimes my energy could be off and rescheduling for a later date once I've had a chance to recalibrate results in a clear reading.
Please remember redos and refunds are only offered IF the reading did not resonate, make sense or connect with you in anyway. IF the reading resonated, was clear and accurate but you just didn't receive the answer you wanted to hear, you will not get a redo or a refund. Readings from me are not designed to tell you what you want to hear. I give the messages spirit wants me to give, being open and receptive is crucial if you truly want to receive the guidance spirit has to offer.
If a redo has been requested, I reserve the right to decline a redo and send refund immediately for whatever reason. If a redo read has been given and it still does not connect or resonate (Highly unlikely) a refund will be given to you as stated above.
If you notify me past the 7 day mark, there will be no guaranteed refund.
